He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard A. Culver-Lovett and Teena M. Culver-Lovett; his grandparents, Margaret "Peggy" G. Culver and Robert S. Culver Sr.; his uncle Robert S. Culver Jr.; and his brother Larry B. J. "Ben" Hines.
He is survived by: his significant other Trisha Pope of Warren; his son Caden D. Fox of Mecca; and his brother Justin Lovett of Niles. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and by a host of friends.
