He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Perkins of Cortland, OH; his children, Audrey Riley of Warren, OH, Greg Perkins (Mandy) of Warren, OH and Kristy Ling (Brian) of Mansfield, OH; his sisters, Beverly Carr (Warren) of Orwell, OH and Cindy Gahan; and his grandchildren, Trevor Riley (Sophia), Aidan Riley, Owen Riley, Stephen Perkins, David Haag and Makenzi Haag. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews.
