He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hawes and Marion Hawes (Jones); and his siblings, Clara Billock and Arthur "Art" Hawes. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Hawes (Carolynn) of Conover, NC, Charlene Beer (Clem), Lois Leece, Irene Pratt and Linda Marion Jones of Cuyahoga Falls, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the First Church of the Nazarene (4179 Parkman Rd NW, Warren, OH 44481).
