With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frank Neil Walter of Cortland, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 3, 2024 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric M. Walter, Sr. and Lisa Dawn Keenan (Fittro); and his sister Norma Jean Skinner. He is survived by: his siblings, Eric M. Walter, Jr., Joseph R. Walter, Wilson Walter (Tyler), Lisa Walter, Marina Walter and Alana Keenan; his niece Aurora Walter; his nephews, Chandler Allen David Summers and Eric Walter III; his granddaughter Jocelyn Allen; his uncle Neil Messenger; his cousin Kaylee Burch; and his pet Koda.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clarke Funeral Home (302 Main St, Toronto, OH 43964). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
