He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Howell and Edith M. Howell (Bishop); his wife Donna Lee Howell (Kyle); his children, Tami Singleton, Clifford Weeks and Kenneth F. Hilty II; and his brother Chuck Howell.
He is survived by: his children, Dorothea Hughes (Larry) of Pocahontas, Pam Weeks of Illinois, Kimberly Linebaugh of Warren, Tracy Weeks (Jenny) of Niles, Kim Jennings (John) of Kodak and Robert Howell (Darlene) of Genoa; his siblings, Peggy Hawkins (Ray) of Brunswick and Jim Howell (Adaline) of Cleveland; and also, Shawn and Angela Hughes of Niles. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren.
