She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lyubi and Jennie Lyubi (Slivar); her husband Deene Fowler; her sons, Deene Fowler, Jr. and Tony Fowler; and her siblings, Jennie English, Mildred Panfihoff, John Lyubi and Tony Lyubi.
She is survived by: her children, Richard M. Fowler (Sally) of Cortland, Diana Wright of Conneaut, Lorna Radcliffe (Jack) of Conneaut, Jennie Chicatelli (Rick) of Conneaut and Terry Fowler (Jodi) of Conneaut; and her sister Josephine Chilcott. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
