He was predeceased by: his parent William E. Harned. He is survived by: his parent Marie E. Hall Harned; his children, Melissa Harned (Shane Jones) of Warren and William R. Harned of Cortland; and his siblings, Jenny Chappell, Roger Harned and Kenneth Harned.
