He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Stiver and Neva S. Stiver (Stewart); his wife Beatrice "Bea" Stiver (Gillette); and his brothers, John Stiver and Charles Stiver.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jane Walters (John) of Howland, Barbara Kooser (James) of Shaker Heights, Mary Stiver of Fowler and Diane Schwartz (Spencer) of Waldorf, Maryland; his grandchildren, Sarah Faller, Michael Kooser, Kate Swope (Ben) and Gregory Schwartz (Maggie); his great grandchildren, Kody Bingham, Abel McKnight and Owen Swope; and his brother Thomas Stiver (Sheila) of Cortland.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Youth Fund at Howland Community Church.
