He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Winegardner and June Miller Winegardner; and his daughter Doris Marie Winegardner Vine. He is survived by: his sister Doris Winegardner Oldham of Fishertown, PA; his son-in-law William Vine of Mecca, OH; his grandson Scott Vine (Karen Bousquet) of Lancaster, PA; his great grandchild Alex Vine of Norfolk, VA; his granddaughter Sarah Vine (Mark Snyder); and his great grandchild Colleen.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Cortland United Methodist Church, 155 N High Street, Cortland, OH 44410.
