She is survived by: her brother Harold Dana Henson; her husband Ronald Urchek; her children, Shelley Urchek-Geist and Matt Urchek (Jessica Young Urchek); and her grandchildren, Kayle Geist, Kylie Geist, Claire Urchek, Cole Urchek and Case Urchek.
