He was predeceased by: his parents, James Starcher and Jesse Starcher. He is survived by: his wife Kristal Starcher; his children, Scott G. Starcher (Jeney), James P. Starcher (Jodi) and Shelby J. Castle (Bill); his grandchildren, Ashley Paridon (Jake), Brandon Starcher (Meranda), Andrea Castle, Brittany Starcher, Katie Jean Starcher, Nathan Castle (Allison), Brianna Starcher (Craig), Baylie Starcher and James Starcher; his siblings, Charles Starcher, Cecil "Bunker" Starcher, Azell Balser, Janet Cunningham (Dale), Sandra Douglas, Linda Cottrell, Brenda Burnside (Elijah) and Charlotte Cadle (Rocky); his parents-in-law, Charlie and Joyce Shupe; and his pet Lilly. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
