She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Covan and Lillian Covan (Hoops); her husband John Tokie; her son-in-law Terry Anderson; and her grandson Christopher Tokie.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Anderson, John Tokie (Rose), Dale Tokie (Debbie), Terry Tokie, Mark Tokie (Julie), Eric Tokie (Nancy) and Adam Tokie; and her friends, Marty Moody and Vera Pletcher. She is also survived by her fourteen grandchildren, her thirteen great-grandchildren and her four great-great grandchildren.
