She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Hunt and Ella E. Hunt (Spinger); her husband Samuel L. Rutherford; her daughter Sandra Rutherford; and her siblings, Russell Hunt, Esther Heston and Ruth Kinser.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Rutherford and Susan McCrady (Michael); her grandchildren, Daniel Rutherford, Sheri Sheridan (Michael P.), Maryellen Scanlan (Nicholas), Sean McCrady (Pallavi Chandra) and Patrick McCrady; her great grandchildren, Finnian, Roanan, Zeda, Ivylisse, Tessa and Fiona; and her sister Mary Lou Stump. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sheridan Funeral Home (222 S Columbus St, Lancaster, OH 43130). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Bremen Swimming Pool and Park.
