She is survived by: her children, Andrea M. Sturgill Cordray, Sarah A. Sturgill, Christopher Sturgill and Richard Johnson (Leonida); her grandchildren, Ethan R. Clark, Avonna R. Ellison, Elia R. Ellison and Abigail Sturgill; and her brother Steve McGill (Diana).
