He is survived by: his wife Sheila King Westfall; his sisters, Judy Horner (George) and Linda Smeeks (Dave); his sister-in-law Fay Westfall; his nephew Jeremy Reed; and his siblings-in-law, Lisa Franco, Mike King (Jean) and Greg King (Lisa). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
