He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Blake and Rena Randolph Blake; his son Paul Michael Blake; and his brother Bernard Blake. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pullins Blake; his daughters, Sharon Bennett of Coolville and Debbie Davison (Bob) of Belpre; and his sister Nancy Schultz of Coolville. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
