She was predeceased by: her parents, Milliard Turner and Geneva Shade Turner; and her siblings, Deborah and Richard Weller. She is survived by: her fiancé Chester Lockhart; her children, Kaitlyn Bailey, Justin Turner and Phillip Bailey Jr.; her grandchildren, Amora Collins, Sebastian Collins, Emberleigh Bailey, Josephine Bailey, Adaline Howard and Genevive Howard; and her brother Milliard Scott Turner.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the White Funeral Home (2817 5th St, Coolville, OH 45723).
