She is survived by: her parents, Randal Treadway and Jill Treadway of Lowell; her brother Gage Treadway (Kryssa) of Marietta; her grandmothers, Mary Schofield of Marietta and Sheri Treadway of Lowell; her sister-in-law Erika Cunningham of Coolville; her in-laws, Eric and Joy Cunningham of Coolville; her grandmother Patty Cunningham of Coolville; her husband Dustin Allen Cunningham; and her sons, Jude Allen Cunningham of Coolville and Silas Larry Cunningham.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
