He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard "Bill" and Bertha Green Guess. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Washburn Guess; and his children, Delbert Guess (Darlene), Michael Guess (Marcia), Ralph Guess (Juanita), Earlene Hall, Debra Blackford (Phil) and Lavondia Smith (Ronald). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and 2 sisters.
