He was predeceased by: his parents, Ovid Cox and Dorothy Fowler Cox; his wife Dorothy Calaway Cox; his daughter Linda Cox; and his grandson Noah Cox.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff (Stephanie Cox) and Diana Westfall; and his grandsons, Lonnie Westfall and Wyatt Westfall.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the White Funeral Home (2817 5th St, Coolville, OH 45723).
So, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made at the funeral home for the Athens County Children's Services Santa Tree, to go towards holiday gifts and laughter for Athens County children.
