Earl Coen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earl Coen of Coolville, Ohio, who passed away on November 5, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Wade and Bessie Lusetta Coen (Lonas); his parents-in-law, Russell and Verna Alkire (Wiggins); his siblings, Edward, Francis, Leo, Ralph, Robert and Bernice; and his son-in-law Bruce Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou (Alkire); his children, Judith Morgan (Steven Williams) of Coolville, Deborah Zimmerman (Scott Bearhs) of Guysville, Penny Nutter (Michael) of Belpre, Steven (Barbara) of Guysville and Gregory (Malissa) of Stewart; and his siblings, Pearl, Daniel, Joseph, Eva Mae Llewellyn, Gladys Kearns, Virginia Chutes and Linda Powell. He is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews, and other special family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the White Funeral Home (2817 5th St, Coolville, OH 45723). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
