She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard D. Saylor and Thelma Faye Saylor (Valentine); and her brother Wendell Saylor. She is survived by: her husband John J. Sowers; her son Randy L. Sowers; her daughter-in-law Lesley Sowers of Van Wert; her daughter Beth A. Wright; her siblings, Jonny Saylor (Tami) of Marshall, Illinois and Ruth Ann Matthews (Gale "Rudy") of Ohio City; and her grandchildren, Johnathan, Sam, Ryan, Evan and Leah.
