He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald Adam and Rita J. Adam; his spouse Arnelle Adam; his son Rusty Adam (Megan); his grandchildren, Ellie and Aiden; and his sister Robin Schumm (Michael).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial contributions to the Van Wert County Fair Board, Van Wert County 4-H, or St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
