She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Halter and Susan Halter (Hammons); her husband Hugh N. Fifer; and her siblings, Alvin Halter, Forrest Halter, Mary Beair (Halter), Velma Sharp (Halter), Meana Taylor (Halter), Murlen Halter and Leroy Halter.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas A. Fifer (Linda) of Decatur, Michael A. Fifer (Donna) of Convoy, Ohio and Susann Mitchener (Paul) of Convoy, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jason Fifer, Heather Busby, Shaunda Fifer, Ryan Fifer, Dakota Mitchener and McKenna Mitchener; and her great grandchild Hadley Busby.
