He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Burgess (Long) of Payne and Donald Dawson of Van Wert; his daughters, Stacey Carroll (Shane) of Convoy, Stephanie Hammond (Eric) of Van Wert and Haley Dawson of Convoy; his grandchildren, Braxton, Hunter, Remi, Gavin, Gabi, Lilly and Jaxson; and his siblings, Gina Hummel of Convoy, Cindy Heller (Kevin), Diana Breece (Mark) of Van Wert, Denise Chavarria of Van Wert, Tonya Green (Michael) of Van Wert, Heidi Channels of Van Wert, Randy Hummel of Winslow, AZ, Trent Dawson (Stacy) of Delphos and Kevin Boroff (Jessica) of Payne.
