She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward Mollenkopf and Ruth Mollenkopf (Potter); her husband Carl R. Gay; and her siblings, Linda L. Bower and David Mollenkopf.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Kemp of Fort Wayne, IN and Carla Haggerty (Steve) of Convoy; her grandchildren, Alicia Preston (Rick), Shane Haggerty and Amber Brian Miller; her great grandchildren, Madison Hagaman (Cody), Jada Preston, Gavin Preston, Alex Amaro, Sophia Amaro and Ethan Amaro; and her brother Dean Mollenkopf (Susan) of Van Wert.
