He is survived by: his parents, Jim Clark and Martha Clark (Wermer); his sons, Austin Clark (Leslie) of Ohio City, Lucas Clark of Convoy and Chase Clark of Convoy; his grandchildren, Dallas Clark and Dakota Clark; and his siblings, Kim Grubaugh (Eric) of Van Wert and Troy Clark of Van Wert.
