She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyman Owens and Merle Owens (Finkhousen); her husband Norman L. Christian; her siblings, Vivian Bowers, Marjorie Hoblet, Waldo Owens, Ervin Owens, Marlin Owens, Marvin Owens, Doyt Owens, Donald Owens and Robert Owens; and her son-in-law Kenneth Linton.

She is survived by: her children, Judy Linton of Van Wert, Risë Potts (James) of Fort Wayne, IN, Lynne and Alan Christian (Mary) of New Albany, OH; her grandchildren, Jennifer Linton, Matthew Linton, Amanda Arnold-Lacey (Richard), Nicholas Arnold, Nathan Potts, Emily Potts-Pritchard (Thomas), Ethan Christian (Lindsay Kerka), Allison Christian and Erin Christian (Paul Lindstedt); her great grandchild Cheyenne Linton; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Owens, Iva Lou Owens, Janice Owens Kryling, Sylvia Stimpfle and Patricia Christian.
