It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe A. Howell of Convoy, Ohio, born in Arcanum, Ohio, who passed away on June 20, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell "Bud" Howell and Helen Elizabeth Howell (Owens); his stepmother Clarabelle Howell; his brothers, Larry and Ralph; and his sister-in-law Delores "Dee" Howell (Simpson).
He is survived by: his children, Wayne A. Howell (Christina), Yvonne K. Phillips (Brian) and Elizabeth O. Howell; his brother Tom Howell; his grandchildren, Marcus A. Howell (Anissia), Elizabeth, Cheyenne, Sadie, Dakota "Skye" and Cassandra; and his great grandchildren, Miles, Hayes, Alester and Ellie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
