He was predeceased by: his father Marion Harold Vibbert; and his close friend Rick Stemen (Ricky). He is survived by: his mother Wanda York (Judy); and his siblings, William Vibbert (Ted) of Venice, FL, Wanda Hammons of Jamestown, KY, Rodney "Charlie" Vibbert (Myrna), Frank Vibbert (Carrieann) of Convoy, Sue Pugsley (Mark) of Van Wert and Donald Vibbert of Van Wert. He is also survived by his family and friends.
