He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Kreischer, AnnaBell Smith and Donald E. Smith; and his stepgrandfather Paul Woods. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry R. Smith and Sandy Smith (Kreischer) of Convoy, OH; his grandmother Gwendolyn Woods of Payne, OH; and his siblings, Ryan Smith (Lindsay) of Ashland, OH, Brandon Kreischer (Stephanie) of Peoria, IL, Noah Smith of North Platte, NE and Rachel Smith of Convoy, OH. He is also survived by two nieces; 3 nephews; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Isaac's memory may be sent to the Trinity Friends Church Food Pantry.
