Thomas of Van Wert, Rachel Kimmey (Donnie) of Middle Point and Rebecca Terrell of Pekin, IN; her grandchildren, Miranda, Gavin, Myleigh, Reid, Adrianna and Jameson; and her brothers, Mark Stutz (Dawn) of Van Wert, Jay Stutz (Julie) of Scott and Bruce Stutz (Deb) of Van Wert. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
