He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Homier and Florence Homier (Nienberg); his wife Marlene Etter; and his sisters, Mary Collier, Judy Homier and Betty Schulte.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Homier (Kathy) of Defiance, Eric Homier (Teresa) of Dupont and Tiffiny Zachrich (Mike) of Continental; his grandchildren, Tess Salisbury (Roy), Brock Homier (Samantha), Taryn Homier, Tyce Homier, Sloane Howard (Kyle) and Jade Zachrich; his great grandchildren, Isla Salisbury, Charlotte Salisbury, Blake Homier, Layla Homier, Briar Howard and Libby Howard; his siblings, Ray Homier of Continental, Daniel Homier of Cloverdale, Joyce Baldwin of Continental, Janet Sullivan of Continental and Suzie Berger of Continental; and his close friend Lorsey Ritch of Antwerp.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heitmeyer Funeral Home - Continental (207 W Rice St, Continental, OH 45831). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
