She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Blankenship and Martha Blankenship (Gregory); and her siblings, Donald Blankenship, Jeff Blankenship and Brenda Blankenship.
She is survived by: her children, Jeremiah McCoy of Chicago, IL and Kelly McCoy of Continental, OH; her granddaughter Ashley DeSote; her sisters, Wilma Saylor (Ted) of Ft. Wayne, IN and Diana Serrao; her former husband Jerry McCoy of Defiance; and her significant other Dakoda.
