She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Shepherd Snyder and Victor Winegardner; and her siblings, Jimmy Winegardner and Peggy Jo Scott. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Quigley (Robert) of Continental, Denise Matthews (Shannon) of Cloverdale and Amanda Conn (Andrew) of Cloverdale; her sisters, Bonnie Dobrydnio of Connecticut, Ruth Ann Short (Jim) of Lakeview, Kay Youngs (Jim) of Findlay and Lori Iten (John) of Lima; her siblings-in-law, Bradley Scott of Kenton and Charolotte Winegardner of California; and her daughter Veronica Lemos of Brazil. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Putnam County Cancer Assistance Program.
