It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Okuly (Continental, Ohio), born in Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on November 8, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Okuly and Alice Okuly (Fackler); his brother James Okuly; and his granddaughter Amanda K. Powell Joe. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Howard (Carder); his children, Chance Okuly of Defiance and Devin Okuly (Amber) of Van Wert; his stepdaughters, Kelly Carder (Joe Bussle) of Cloverdale and Robbie Carder of Continental; his grandchildren, Fackler of Arizona, Kelsey Okuly, Conner Okuly, Blake Okuly, Ray Powell and Kiri Carder; his great grandchildren, Malaki Powell and Miranda Powell; and his siblings, Kay Cross (Dave) of Continental, Barb Soto (Tony Hernandez) of Defiance, Mary Okuly (John Soto) of New Bavaria, Deb McCague (Pat) of Continental, Charles "Chip" Okuly (Sharon) of Continental and Dale Okuly of Continental. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
