He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Davis (Larry) of Continental, Paul Hazelton (Penny) of Findlay and Dawn Joseph (Frank Daniels) of Findlay; his grandchildren, Collin and Breann Davis; and his siblings, Larry Smith of Defiance, Darrell Smith (Carol) of Continental, Janice Bingley of Continental and Shirley Deken of Continental.
