He was predeceased by: his parent Reno; and his grandmother Halbgewoks. He is survived by: his children, Jana Lentz of Continental and Richard Lentz II of Continental; and his sister Kay Kimmel (Dave) of Middlebury, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heitmeyer Funeral Home - Continental (207 W Rice St, Continental, OH 45831). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the Continental Fire Department.
