He was predeceased by: his father Howard Bartley; and his grandson Demetrius Meeks. He is survived by: his children, Courtney Meeks of Defiance, Shelbie Blake (Dustin) of Defiance, Connor Bartley of Continental, Draven Bartley (Abbie) of Melrose and Taiann Bartley of Defiance; his stepchildren, Megan Kleindienst of Michigan, Kevin Kleindienst of Continental and Ryan Kleindienst of Michigan; his sister Kelly Mahlman (Greg) of Maumee; and his pets, Piggy, Lucy and Tucker. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
