He was predeceased by: his father Perlie Skiver; his children, Stanley Skiver and Beverly Siefker; his brothers, James, Roger and Daniel Skiver; and his siblings-in-law, Henry Thomas and Mary Skiver.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Brand; his children, Steven Skiver (Marijo) of Kokomo, IN, Allan Skiver (Kathy) of Ayersville, Jerry Skiver (Tammy) of Defiance, Tony Skiver (Dawn) of Defiance and Jannette Kubica (Robert) of Defiance; his children-in-law, Sandy Skiver of Continental and Dean Siefker of Leipsic; his sister Kay Thomas of Oakwood; and his sister-in-law Nelverta Skiver of Continental. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren.
