She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Randolph and Mary Randolph (Stanbaugh); her husband Virgil Herd; her son James Rippetoe; her son-in-law David Smith, Jr.; and her grandsons, Dallas Dotson, Bill Collins and Jim Rippetoe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Martha Dotson (Terry) of Continental, Jennifer Smith of Sherwood and Paula Hull (Ed) of Cloverdale. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren.
