With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Jean Slattman of Continental, Ohio, who passed away on December 20, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alphonse Edward Slattman; her parents, Everett Ford and Viola Ford (Cross); her stepmother Irene Ford; her granddaughter Monica Boecker; her great grandchild Tori Boecker; and her siblings, LeAnna Bohn, Kate Ford, Delores McMillen, Paul Ford and Butch Ford.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Slattman (Cindy) of Paulding, Edward Slattman (Dana) of Continental, Tina Breisinger (Rob) of Continental, Tammy Boecker (Alan) of Continental and Teresa Varner (Mike) of Continental; her grandchildren, Chris, Cassy, Joe, Derek, Adam, Dan, Allen, Shawn, Kurtis, Autumn, Austin, Miranda, Melinda, Andrea, Chaz and Sherry; and her siblings, Mike Ford (Dee) of Continental, Bob Ford (Ruthann) of Defiance and Zelma Black (Gary) of California.
Memorial donations may be made to Defiance Inpatient Hospice or The Humane Society.
