Ruen of Continental, Ohio, born in Deshler, Ohio, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony A. and Mary E. Ruen (Breece); his wife Norma Jean Steel; and his siblings, Clarence "Peewee" Ruen and Connie Schreiber.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Gary Brown (Mary) of Holgate, Dennis Brown (Penny) and Deb Seely (John) of Montpelier; and his brother Jim Ruen. He is also survived by six grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
