She was predeceased by: her parents, Olin Schubert and Kathryn Schubert (Hill); her brothers, Jack and Gene Schubert; and her sisters-in-law, June Schubert, Norma Jean Schubert, Donna Gray and Ruth Boday (Don).

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Ray Smith of Continental, OH; her children, Allen Smith (Rose) of Continental, Larry Smith (Juanita) of Ottawa, Amy Smith of Indianapolis, IN, Cynthia Lenhart (Richard) of Wapakoneta, Charlene Johnson (Ed) of Kunkle and Darlene Kaufman (Dean) of Ottawa; her sister Loretta Wight (Don) of Madison, AL; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Steiner (Don) of Pandora and Harry Gray of Paulding. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
