She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Ray and Ella Arlene Dunlap (Bird); her husband Edwin K. Wagner; and her siblings, Ray Dunlap, Glen Dunlap, Darwin Dunlap, Grace Buckmaster and Violet Wagner.
She is survived by: her children, Ray E. Wagner (Ruth) of Elida and Ruth Lane (Scott) of Kalida. She is also survived by five grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and five great great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
