He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Sr. Palmer and Simone Palmer (Van Orshaegen). He is survived by: his sons, Josh Palmer (Stacy) of Miller City and Dusty Palmer (Heather) of Miller City; and his sister Linda Yenser (Joseph) of Defiance. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
