Leonard P. Collier Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Collier and Martha Collier (Kendall); his wife Doris Jean Mealer; his siblings, Lorraine Niese of Van Wert, Juanita Collier of Continental, Ruth Bidlack of East Aurora, NY and Leroy Heidenescher of Monroe, NC; his son-in-law Frank Tegenkamp; and his grandson Marcus Ellerbrock of Continental.
He is survived by: his children, Jeanie Tegenkamp of Continental, Barbara Jo Niese (Roger) of Glandorf, Jackie Ellerbrock (Bob) of Continental, Ginger Williams (Phil) of Continental and John Collier (Stevie) of Continental; and his siblings, Ed Heidenescher of Omaha, NE, Bill Heidenescher of Dayton, Ohio and Thelma Randolph of Mentor, Ohio.. He is also survived by his five children, he is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church- Continental St (4893 OH-634, Continental, OH 45831).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made the Alzheimer's Association.
