John R. Brecht Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Brecht of Continental, Ohio, born in Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on January 13, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Brecht and Doris Brecht (Johnston); his former wife Karen Richardson; his wife Linda Sue Jordan; his son Rick Brecht; his stepdaughter Carol Ebersole; and his brother William Brecht.
He is survived by: his children, Richard J. Ebersole (Katrena) of Tennessee and Jaimee R. Ebersole of Continental; and his brothers, Dennis Brecht (Donna) of Continental and Kenneth Brecht (Jill) of Continental. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
