She was predeceased by: her daughter Sandra Kay Varner; and her siblings, Robert Miller and Marion Bevis. She is survived by: her spouse Lawrence Hazelton, Jr.; her children, Don Hazelton (Deb) of Continental and Darlene Prowant (Dana) of Continental; her grandchildren, Craig Varner (Krista), Benjamin Eric Varner (Becky), Kenny Hazelton (Ashley), Katelyn Zimmerman (Eric), Austin Prowant (Ashley), Kyle Howard (Sloane) and Evan Prowant (Erica); and her sister Eleanor Pristash of Oberlin.
Memorial donations may be made to the Christ UMC, Defiance Inpatient Hospice or to the Continental Library.
