She is survived by: her children, Melissa Burkhart (Tom) of Cloverdale, Royal Woolbright (Angela) of Van Wert, Shawn Woolbright (Erika Krugh) of Continental, Danielle Pier (Toby) of Continental, Jennifer Baumbarger (Shawn) of Liberty Center and Clint Dockery (Hayley) of Swanton; her grandchildren, Destiny, Cassie Pier, Kevin Moore, Madison Burkhart, Taylor Szklany, Kaden Woolbright, Sara, Jase, Abel, Enid "Stormy" Woolbright, Alaina Recker, Brin, Kendall Baumbarger, Kyle and Brooke Dockery; and her siblings, Rick Ladd of Columbus, William "Bill" Ladd, Jr. of Oakwood, Ed Ladd (Deb) of Cloverdale, Tom Ladd (Lisa) of Fort Jennings, Sandi Pratt (Buck) of Fort Jennings, Don Ladd (Becky) of Oakwood and Mary Keller (Tom) of Cloverdale. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
